We know words can only go so far and invite you to look over our showcase of work to see the solutions we've provided for brands of all sizes, you may even see some familiar names. Whether its a micro-site or full marketing campaign, the PixelBit team delivers every time.

Where did the name "PixelBit" come from?

The name PixelBit is a combination of technologies and skills. We start work from the simplest element (pixel = design, bit = code) and evolve that into completed product. Working from a lower-level in the thought and discovery process allows us to provide a more tailored and fitting solutions for our clients.

In the beginning, the name was a reference to Matthew & Philip bringing their freelance services together. It later evolved into a full service creative studio which contains amazing talent and has a proven track record of shipping awesome projects.

PixelBit alway comes through in the clutch and isn't afraid to answer challenging questions and give advice.

I've worked with Matt for years on a wide variety of ActionScript, PHP, XML and JavaScript/HTML5 projects. PixelBit always comes through in the clutch and isn't afraid to answer difficult questions and give advice. We may be 3,000 miles away but usually feels a lot closer by than most of the people I know in LA. Great to script a few apps or swing a few beers.

Matt is skilled at handling the needs of clients and responds quickly to their concerns.

When working with Matt Keefe as a freelance talent, I found him to be a consummate professional and an expert in his field ? the guy authored the Flash and PHP Bible, for goodness sakes! Matt shined on a long-term placement for a client in Boston and continued to impress on several other on-site and remote projects that he was placed on, all involving high-level web application development. Matt is skilled at handling the needs of clients and responds quickly to their concerns. I know that I will be calling on Matt in the future and that my client's will continue to find him to be a great resource for their web application development needs.

Ho! Khe dazhi baashe?
[Hello! Are you all well?]

My name is Justin McBride, the Language Director for the Kaw Nation. We are a Native American tribe located in north central Oklahoma. For the past several years, we have been involved in a project to bring the tribe's Kanza language lessons into the digital age. We coded a semester's worth of language units in XML, made sound and image files corresponding to the words we covered, and designed a game to help reinforce the vocabulary. Then we turned our project over to a developer to realize our goals. That developer was Matthew Keefe.

Matthew has a real knack for multimedia development. He is particularly skilled in using the Adobe AIR environment and its related technologies, including Flash and Shockwave. He has been able to translate our XML vision into AIR reality. This involved the development of a stand-alone user interface (graphic design by Organi Studios), multi-function lesson and lexicon browsers, and a user progress tracking system, as well as the successful transformation of our vocabulary game from conceptual algorithm into a fully media-integrated video game. Additionally, Matthew has been a very prompt and patient developer. Despite our tedious governmental service-procurement processes, complicated project needs, and even the fact that our offices are located a half a continent away from one another, he has made the whole enterprise enjoyable. In short, he definitely has the goods to deliver on a complex project.

I would recommend PixelBit to anyone seeking a multimedia development solution web-based or otherwise. If you would like to discuss this matter with me, please contact me using the information provided below. Wiblaha, Matt!

With a truly deep knowledge in Flash he was able to not only perform above expectations on the projects we utilized him on, but also help with solutions for random bugs or challenges other developers in the company faced.
